Best Marketing Add On

We currently have Pardot which has some challenges and our new Mkt head wants something new.  We use NetSuite native marketing for some things but if Marketing wants something that is easier for them to use (as in designing newsletters etc) what are the current recommendations? 

I've heard Marketo (hard to integrate?), Hubspot, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, Silverpop, Eloqua (hard to integrate?)....

We do have a relationship with Vocus and use InsideView for sales.

Not sure how to narrow the marketing automation field.  Advice and recommendations welcome.
