Latest version of Outlook does not display html emails

For the last 2-3 weeks, customers receiving my html emails that I am sending out through NetSuite via bulk merge have been telling me that my emails are showing up blank. Only the subject appears, but there is no body content in the email. Everything had worked fine prior to this. Anyone having this issue and more importantly found a workaround?
