How to resend a campaign to all those NS failed to send to the first time
I am trying to build a search that will tell me who didn't receive a certain campaign, since NetSuite seems to fail to send all emails every time we send, and we'd like to resend to just the people who did not receive it. This is not a case of bounces, but of NetSuite simply failing to send to all people in the designated group.
Our search contains about 15,000 customers, but the campaign only seems to send out about 9000 emails each time. I have tried to update our search to exclude those who have already gotten the campaign, so we can use that search to send to those who did NOT receive it.
