attachments possible with an email campaign?

Is is still correct that attachments are not possible when creating an email campaign?

If not, can anyone advise what options exist? We would like to email a specific list of customers in our NetSuite system as well include a PDF attachment of a brochure.

Many thanks to whomever can respond to this. It's fairly urgent.
