Default Sales Rep

Does anyone know if Netsuite will allow me to assign all new leads/prospects/customers to only 1 particular sales rep even if I have multiple employees flagged as sales reps? 

We've tried using a Territory w/ a rule for all customer statuses but Netsuite always assigns new leads to the person entering the lead if they are flagged as a sales rep.
