Send email to case creator when case is updated.
Hi,
We use cases for both an internal help desk and for external customer support. For our internal help desk, is there a way an email can be sent automatically to the case creator whenever the case is updated? For example, if notes are added to the case or the case status changes, can this be emailed to notify the case creator? For external support queries, we do not want the case creator informed every time there is an update.
