Zip Codes and Counties in US

Does anyone have any word on how to go about matching counties to zip codes in NetSuite.  I have read back a good 3 years and still nothing from NetSuite on this.  It shouldn't be that hard...   tax are based on counties and that is automated so there must be a background holding tank somewhere for this.   Sales force automation would really be improved with territories if this were escalated and resolved.   How hard can it be to expose the county field.  Not even being able to use the "between" for zips in the territory rules is so frustrating.  Not
