Why doesn't NS integrate well w/ cc processors?
Trying to process a credit card refund via NS using Verisign or Cybersource is extremely sketchy. It is time consuming and error prone since the information passing between the processor and NS is not always accurate. We end up cutting and pasting information back and forth between the customer's original order and the refund screen (NS does NOT copy credit card information from original order into refund screen).
My hope would be for NS to devote time and resources to tightening the integration for this mission-critical part of our business.
