Verisign Logo

I know there are some old threads on this subject but decided to start a new one...

We had a working Verisign logo until the past day or so.  I noticed it was gone last night.  Nearly 2 years ago, we had submitted a request to get the secured logo and were setup literally days before they stopped providing them.

What I don't know is who really provides the certificate to our site?
I have tried to add a static image but it is not appearing yet (due to the long running issue with images in the site folder).

I want to show a security logo but don't want to be reported for misuse either.  Has anyone else ran into this?
