Refunding Credit Cards through NS
When I try to refund a credit card I get the following error message:
Reason: Failed merchant rule check
Since the credit card has not been billed, you may want to verify the credit card information and try again. Sometimes the problem is temporary in nature and a second try will work.
It is also possible that the issuing bank of the credit card rejected the transaction. If you think that may be a possibility, please contact the bank.
