Is it possible to set up recurring credit card payments?

We have situations where someone will buy a year of service and then want to pay monthly.  Conceptually we don't have a problem with that but I can't figure out if it's possible in NetSuite.

Obviously there are a lot of companies that hit my credit card every month. So some systems somewhere are set up to do it.

I just don't want to have to keep creating sales orders/payments manually each month for each customer.

Can NetSuite do it?
