Setting Up Credit Card Processing Via Payflow Pro

Hi Everyone,
I hate to continue sounding like a novice here, but I have been having difficulty in getting my credit card processing setup between netsuite and payflow pro.  According to Paypal, my Payflow manager is up and running correctly and they feel the issue is with Netsuite.  I have setup (not sure if I did it correctly...but I did follow the manual) in the Setup > Accounting > Credit Card Processing section of Netsuite, a Credit Card Processor for Payflow Pro.  Is there something else I need to do or should this just start working?  Paypal is telling me they are
