non qual transactions
We are receiving a rediculous number of non-qual transactions and are trying to determine why when almost all of our customers have security matches. Per Sharif at Merchant E Solutions, he claims that "the issue could be that visa is requiring a tax value between 0.1% &0.22% in order to qualify commercial cards fro level II interchange rates, $0.00 amounts will no longer qualify these transaction." Obviously we don't charge tax when tax isn't due (out of state or wholesale transactions).
