Chargeback - American Express (AMEX) requirements

American Express has the following requirement when disputing a chargeback claim:

"3. Each page of any supporting documentation MUST include the complete, un-truncated Cardmember account number."

How do we get NetSuite to display this so that we can print out the Cash Sale as a supporting document?
