How to link customer default credit card to Memorized Transaction

I need help.  We have hundreds of memorized transactions for monthly & periodic product reorders.  However, sometimes a customer logs into their account and changes credit card, address, etc. without our knowledge. 

Does anyone know a way to automatic link customer account changes to a memorized transaction (e.g. default credit card, shipping address)? 

Does anyone know if its possible to create a special email alert to email us notification when a customer account in our Netsuite storefront is updated?

Any advice or guidance is creatly appreciated!!!
