MagneSafe magstripe card reader and netsuite

Paypal advertise that the The MagneSafe™ Mini secure magstripe card reader from MagTek® works with the paypal virtual terminal for card is present swiping of credit cards.

We use Paypal as our credit card processor in Netsuite.

Does any one know if this card reader will work within netsuite? or will one have to manually re-enter the cash sale after the transaction was completed in Paypal's virtual terminal.
