Multi-location with One Merchant Account
Here is my story:
We have several locations under one company, we currently use a single credit card processing merchant account for our customer credit card transactions. We sell the same items at each location and are using Payflow Pro as our processor.
I am required to identify the location on the credit card transaction so it shows up on customer's credit card statements. I know how to set CC Soft Descriptors per item. Is it possible to set Soft Descriptors by location? Or, is there any other way to identify the location in a credit card transaction?
How are other multi-location companies meeting this requirement?
