Credit Card Processing Options?

Hello,

We're a Canadian company and use Worldpay as our credit card processor. We need to add more Worldpay accounts, but now Worldpay doesn't support new Canadian customers. We still want to integrate with Netsuite, so our options are CyberSource or Merchant-E Solutions.

Can anyone provide me with feedback on either CyberSource or Merchant-E Solutions? Fees, customer service, fraud detection, ease of use, etc.
