CyberSource vs. Merchant e-Solutions

As a soon to be NetSuite eCommerce merchant (12/31/10), we are migrating from our current payment processing solution (Authorize.net > Bank) to either CyberSource or Merchant e-Solutions.  I have been in discussion with each over the past two weeks.

Can anyone who has been using either or both of these partners provide feedback regarding any/all of the following:

- Level and timliness of service and issue resolution
- Fraud prevention services available for use with API's currently employed by NS
- Ease/difficulty of reconciliation
- Ease/availability of reporting
- Any issues with wire transfers to/from banks
- Other issues, general satisfaction/dissatisfaction
