No payment hold on verbal authorization requested
We use Cybersource, and we had an order that says Verbal Authorization Requested and Payment hold on the payment tab, but it does not have the yellow flag at the top of the order stating the order is on hold. Has anyone else noticed this? I thought it used to be there, but we don't see a lot of these, so I am not sure. It still has the override payment hold button, but there is nothing that is a big flag that would let order entry know that they need to follow up by getting a verbal authorization, unless
