Cybersource Gateway Validation Errors
We are experiencing major issues charging/authorizing credit cards right now with the latest validation changes to Cybersource Gateway cc processing on the 22nd of January.
Ever since the updates to their system, our cards have had a hard time going through. The reason is because of the Bill To Company being sent over by Netsuite. It is sending the customer name, but our naming convention has always included dashes (-). Additionally, we have certain customers who are flagged with asterisks (*) and other special characters.
The best option for us would be to send the internal id to Cybersource as it will always be numeric with no special characters. This is a critical issue as we are currently unable to process Credit card orders.
