Is Card billing address stored?

Is it possible to store a card billing address separate and apart from the billing address of the customer or sales order?

We have customers who may use a personal credit card (and as such have a card with address of their house), but typically their billing address (as we think of it) would be thiir buisness location..

In the event we put a card on file for a customer (where address is not requested at the time of entry), what address is used for AVS?
