How to deposit Pay Pal payments to our bank Account?

Cash Sales ( credit Cards ) are processed when we bill the sales orders at the end of each day. We have set the default for Credit Card payments to go to undeposited fund. Then we do "make deposit" and all the funds are trasferred to our bank account at the end of the day.

Is PayPal the same way? or we have to go to their site and transfer the money?

Customer's credit cards, currently, are charged after fulfillment and billing the sales order and not when they order on line. That will allow modifications to the sales order when needed.
