Paypal Express and duplicate records- still the same?
From the NS Help Center:
"When customers click the PayPal Express Checkout button before logging in or registering in your site, a customer record is created, but they do not have login or password information saved and cannot access the Customer Center or My Account page."
Has this issue changed with the latest NS upgrade? We've rolled back from PP Express to the 'regular' PP in order to reduce the incidence of duplicate customer records.
