Refund PayPal Express Checkout

Is anyone able to successfully refund a PayPal Express Checkout from within NetSuite?

Is anyone able to successfully refund a standard PayPal transaction from within NetSuite?

We are not able to do either. A refund on a PayPal Express Checkout fails. A refund on a standard PayPal transaction does nothing.

My guess on the PayPal Express Checkout is that NetSuite is not using the proper transaction id for the refund.

Any thoughts?
