Pending PayPal Authorization??
I've had a few orders come in since we enabled PayPal as "Pending PayPal Authorization". There is nothing populated in the PayPal Status or Transaction ID fields, and I can find nothing in my PayPal portal about the customer.
I understand the PayPal e-check process, where we have to wait for the $$ to clear, but I can't figure out what's going on here. If this is just someone who quit part way through the PayPal process should I even be getting the sales order? Or is this someone who's started a PayPal payment and may come back to it on there end?
