How to enable “Integration” option under “Settings” menu

Hi All,

We are new to NetSuite and have to access our NetSuite data through Java Code. As per google searching we have to enable some option through [Navigate to “Settings” then “Integration” and Click “Web Services Preferences”] but we are not able to find any “Integration” option under “Settings” menu.

Could you please advice how can we enable this “Integration” option.
