Help needed

Hi,

We have a scenario whereby people order from us and sometimes they have to send in a prescription. This prescription is sometimes repeatable.

Therefore we want to 'tag' a customer with information stating they have a 'repeat prescription' and it should be date related, i.e. the prescription expires in 6 months from now.

If the customer orders during this period, we want it to go straight in to a order to be fulfilled queue because we don't need to wait on anything.

I feel like I could hack this out but anyone got good ideas on how to do it?
