Edit email content when scheduling searches to email

Hi

I have a search that is triggered to email employees whenever we receive items in a specific location. It works great and it sends a summarized message with a link to the items received.
My question is if there is a way to remove some information from the email summary. I do not want employees to see the cost of items and the name of vendor.
I have attached a screen shot of the email, also, any other suggestions are welcome
