Currency Label on Quick Access Bar not displaying

Hi all,

I have just noticed that the currency label on the quick access bar is not displaying properly. What i mean that if I hover over Lists > Accounting > Currencies, what I am seeing today is Lists > Accounting > {#Currencies#}

The weird thing is I am seeing this in Production and Sandbox. Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just me? Any idea what this could be?

I am also seeing Lists > Accounting > {#Currency#} Exchange Rates
