Gone Live, but Struggling with Contract Renewals
Hello, we are going live now and are struggling with Contract Renewals...lack of flexibility, understanding interaction between Rev Recognition, complexity of items list, etc. One of the things I have not figured out how to do is report on our installed base i.e. perpetual licenses covered under current maintenance agreements. In addition, we sometime price maintenance as a bundle and sometimes per product license. We have 400 different license products on our non-inventory items list. Also, I am wondering if other users are using fulfillment. We set it up that way because we deliver/fulfill licenses but are finding it difficult
