Returning Distinct Records in a Saved Search

Good afternoon,

I have a saved search I use to review and export inventory data to Excel.  The problem is I have not been able to figure out how to return distinct Location and QOH data.  For each item meeting the selection criteria of QOH > 0, the search returns four lines of data, which I think corresponds to the four inventory locations we have, even though only some of the locations meet the selection criteria.  Even with filters for Location and Bin Number applied, the search still returns all four locations (all reporting correct info for the Location and QOH for
