Even / Odd - Line Item Shading

Good afternoon all!

I recall seeing a post on here for shading Advanced PDF templates based on the line number of a sublist.  I can't seem to locate that post and am not sure what the best practice would be to add this logic into the Advance PDF source code.

Example Scenario:

I have a sales order for 3 line items.  Parts A, B, and C respectively...

I would like line item 2 or Part B to be shaded a light gray color on the PDF form for the end-user to be able to distinguish between the various line items in an efficient manner.  Example below for shading...
