Flag to Identify Work Orders with Modified Component List

On a work order, we might substitute one component for another similar component.  When we do that, quality control needs an indicator so that they know to apply extra scrutiny during their inspections.

Does anyone have a solution that will flag a work order (maybe check a box on the transaction) indicating that a component was added/removed/modified on a work order?
