Locking an account for 30 minutes with no way to reset? Seriously?
Normally I'm a pretty easy going guy. But I'm also a busy easy going guy. So... deflector shields up!
Perhaps I'm missing something. Is there no way to reset a user's account if they fail to login 6 consecutive times? I'm our company's admin and this morning I changed my password. Then I began writing an event SuiteScript and uploading it to NetSuite. It uploaded just fine. Then again. Then again. Then it started failing with an extremely obscure error message. This stumped me. Inadvertently, while debugging this problem, I locked my account. Note: Of course that made it obvious what the problem was. Thanks NetSuite!
