Payment linked to invoice not decreasing Invoice amount

I have an Invoice with multiple payment , in which one of the payment is not reducing amount remaining .  Even though invoice is paid in full, it is sitting as Open .

Imported Payment through CSV import and invoice number is linked . I can see the payment under payments tab in Invoice.

Did  any one faced issue and solved it.? Please let me know the solution.
