How to get notified when customers submit a S.O. through Customer Center?

We're rolling our "Customer Center" access to our customers and distributors, but we have no way of knowing when they've submitted a Sales Order (via customer center) right now.

How do we set up alerts that these are incoming / that a Customer Center using client has submitted a Sales Order?
