Sitebuilder not displaying images

We are continuously having the issue that new items/categories will not display images. We have found that sometimes if we delete the image and reload it will display but it is not reliable.

Is there a way to solve this?

See below: the webstore list for item 67600A does not display the image but it displays correctly when viewing the item record in NetSuite.
