Trouble setting up KPIs
We are struggling to set up KPIs in our dashboards for the sales teams. I have 2 questions:
1. ACS gave us a list of available KPIs that can supposedly be used in our dashboards. Some of these KPIs are based on reports. SuiteAnswers says that KPIs are based on Saved Searches. We cannot select a report for a Custom KPI in the dashboard. Which is correct?
2. My administrator gave me permission to do KPI comparisons (this month vs last month) in my dashboard. I followed the guidelines for setting up the saved search for Open Opportunities but I still can't get my dashboard to display anything but 'Current'. Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong??
