Accessing sublists from Sales Order on pdf template?

I've seen a couple SuiteAnswers and forum posts about this but not real "final" answer. If I have a custom sublist on our sales order that shows customer deposits, can I print the lines of that sublist on the sales order with the advanced pdf template?

We often have customers pay with multiple payment methods, or just not all at once *hence the deposits. I've already set up custom fields to source the  total amount paid and the amount due, and have set up those to print, but it would be better if we could list the customer deposit amounts individually, with the payment method of each.
