Criteria Sum Transaction Amount
Hello all,
I am finding it hard to find things with this move to Oracle's Support group so not sure if someone else has had this issue and it has been answered so forgive me if it has.
It seems since 2019.1 we are unable to set criteria summary to sum a transaction amount. We get an error that "Sum and Average may only be used with numeric type fields". Since when is Amount not a number?????
I am just trying to edit this summary criteria to change the amount that the transaction sum needs to be greater than and I get this error. We have been doing for years. What is going on?
