Invalid item reference key error when importing Inventory Adjustments
Hi,
I'm having some troubles importing an inventory adjustment using a CSV import.
I'm always having the same issue : "Invalid item reference key" whether I configure the import to use the item's name, or internal id.
The way I have proceeded is as follows:
- The inventory adjustment file only has the required fields, and the mapping uses "Names" for Item recognition: Invalid item reference key 10.17.MSG.110.
- The inventory adjustment file only has the required fields, and the mapping uses "Internal ID" for item recognition: Invalid item reference key 6831. (Which is not the same item as the item on the line. I've checked the item 6831 and it exists, and has stock in that location.)
