I need to create a report that will list all sold items from a specific category that hasn't been fulfilled, I tried editing the sales by item report but when I add criteria such as partially fulfiled or transaction type sales order, I get no results.

I need the number of items sold for each item, just like a sales by item report.

What am I doing wrong?

Sales by item > edit

Filters>

Date

Subsidiary

Item type

up to here, works fine, when I add transaction type, or status I get no results
