Help with Workflow that creates a new task. Looking to link the tracking on the task form to google
Hello and thank you in advance for reading my request for help.
I have successfully created a Workflow that uses a Sales Order Saved Search to identify shipped orders and sets tasks for a particular user to follow up 5 days after an order ships. Each evening, the saved search will identify the orders that shipped for that day. The workflow will take the result and create a task and assign the Due Date (follow up) to be 5 days after today - formula: {today}+5 . The two areas that I cannot seem to figure out are how I can assign the appropriate Sales Rep to each task. I am able to
