Search Linking Returns to Cases
I would like to run a saved search to check that all Returns raised have a corresponding Support Case opened.
Most of our returns are raised from invoices (but some may be raised directly from Sales Orders)
All Cases are linked to the Sales Order.
I can't see a way to generate a Search that potentially has to link from the Return to the Invoice (Created from) to the Sales Order (Created from on the invoice) to the Support Case (not sure how you get to this from the Sales Order - because it's not really a 'related record' because it has it's own sub tab??)
