SuiteOrg Chart Broken in 2019.2?

In 2019.1, we used the SuiteOrg Chart.  It was a bit slow, but otherwise worked okay.  2019.2 promised some improvements.  However, now it doesn't work at all.

I checked the preferences and saw that the Enable Org Browser (Org Chart) option had been turned off.  I didn't make the change, so I suspect it was toggled as part of the upgrade.

Turning it back on made no difference.

Is anyone else having the same issue?  Has anyone found a solution?
