How to setup landing pages in multiple language using SMT?

We have setup the multiple languages for SCA site. Each language has the different domain. We have created a About-Us page through the SMT for English language and want to create or setup the same page for Spanish language. Whenever customer browse the About-Us page in Spanish language domain the same English language page will be display. My question is "How to setup or create a About-Us landing page for Spanish language?"
