Converting Saved Search to Analytics Workbook - can't find some fields

I'm trying to convert an existing Saved Search into an Analytics Workbook, but I'm struggling to find some fields...

It's a Transaction search (and workbook).

I've found 'COGS Line - is false' is not 'Is COGS - is false' in Analytics

But I can't find an equivalent to 'Shipping Line - is false' in Analytics?

Also, I have a Search criteria of 'Applied to Transaction : Type' - but I cannot find this in Analytics either?

I'm hoping to replicate this:

in Analytics. I've got this far:

But without Shipping Line and Applied to Transaction I'm not sure I can get what I need.....
