Hello,

One of our integration vendors needs to log into the Netsuite UI to troubleshoot an issue.

The vendor's role requires 2FA, but he is not set up with 2FA at this time. Is there a way that I can generate a backup code to send to the user?

The Help Article Backup Codes for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) only offers a way for the user to generate backup codes.
