How do I create a NetSuite mass email campaign to each Customer Primary Contact that contains a list
Customers are not always diligent at keeping Contact information current. We may send an invoice to a contact and it may be Undelivered or Bounced, delaying payment and collections.
How do I create a NetSuite mass email campaign to each Customer Primary Contact that contains a list of all Contacts for that Customer? I need to validate all my contacts are still with the Customer and their information is correct.
11/06/2019 Clarification:
I'd like (with my fingers crossed) to be able to automatically send an email (schedule) to the Primary contact at each Customer (I created a dynamic recipient Group) that delivers only the result of my Contact saved search (listing all customer's contacts) that belongs to each Customer.
